Cookie Policy

Effective date: April 23, 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function; others are used for analytics, advertising, or other purposes that require your consent.

Cookies we use

Neatly Money uses only essential cookies. The full list is shown below.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking service. We do not embed any third-party tracking script on our pages. If we ever decide to add an analytics or measurement tool, we will update this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy accordingly, and — where required by law — we will ask for your consent before activating it.

Why we do not show a cookie banner

Under guidance issued by the French data protection authority (CNIL), cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user do not require prior consent and do not require a cookie consent banner. Because the only cookies we set are strictly necessary, we do not display a cookie consent banner.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most web browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. You can find official instructions for the most common browsers here:

Manage cookies in Google Chrome
Manage cookies in Mozilla Firefox
Manage cookies in Safari
Manage cookies in Microsoft Edge

Note: Disabling cookies will prevent the app from functioning properly.

Please note that disabling the essential cookies listed above will prevent the Service from working correctly — for example, you will not be able to stay signed in, and your language and theme preferences will not be remembered.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this page from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after the new Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
